If you bought your product from us, you can simply write to us using the contact form. If you bought the product from a specialist retailer, please contact them directly. In this case, the specialist retailer is responsible for servicing and any repairs. If you wish to claim under the warranty, you must present the original receipt or invoice.

If you bought your ABC Design product from us, you can return your order to us within 30 days. Customers from Germany can return the item free of charge by using a personalised returns label from us. Please provide your order number and email address here. As a registered user with a customer account, you can create the return directly in your account in the "Orders" section. If the product was purchased from a specialist dealer, please contact them directly regarding the return.
